1. การสมัครสมาชิกขอรับชื่อผู้ใช้งานและรหัสผ่าน (Username & Password) เพื่อใช้บริการระบบให้บริการค้นหาตำแหน่งรูปแปลงที่ดินด้วยระบบภูมิสารสนเทศทางอินเทอร์เน็ต (LandsMaps) ของกรมที่ดิน ไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
2. ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องกรอกหรือระบุข้อมูลรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ตามความเป็นจริงให้ครบถ้วน ทั้งนี้เพื่อประโยชน์ของผู้ใช้บริการ กรณีหากตรวจพบว่าข้อมูลดังกล่าวไม่เป็นความจริง ผู้ให้บริการอาจจะระงับ การใช้งานของผู้ใช้บริการโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องรับผิดชอบในความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากการกรอกข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จดังกล่าว
3. ผู้ใช้บริการ ตกลงยินยอมให้ ผู้ให้บริการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและเปิดเผยข้อมูลที่ระบุไว้ในการสมัครขอรับชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่าน (Username & Password) ทั้งนี้ กรณีที่ผู้ให้บริการตรวจสอบพบว่า ข้อมูล ที่ผู้ใช้บริการระบุไว้ไม่ชัดเจนหรือเป็นเท็จ ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิที่จะปฏิเสธการรับลงทะเบียนหรือยกเลิกชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านของผู้ใช้บริการได้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
4. ผู้ใช้บริการต้องไม่นำชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่าน (Username & Password) ไปใช้ในทางที่ขัดต่อกฎหมาย ความสงบเรียบร้อย หรือศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชน
5. ในกรณีที่มีเหตุอันควรสงสัยว่าผู้อื่นล่วงรู้รหัสผ่าน (Password) ของผู้ใช้บริการ ผู้ใช้บริการมีหน้าที่ ต้องตั้งรหัสผ่านใหม่โดยทันทีผ่านทางหน้าจอระบบของกรมที่ดิน ทั้งนี้ในกรณีที่มีผู้อื่นนำรหัสผ่าน (Password) ไปใช้ และก่อให้เกิดผลเสียหายหรือค่าใช้จ่าย ผู้ใช้บริการต้องรับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำและความเสียหายดังกล่าวด้วย
6. ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงและยอมรับว่าผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิที่จะแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการสมัครขอรับชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่าน (Username & Password) นี้ได้ ตามที่ผู้ให้บริการพิจารณาแล้วเห็นสมควร เพื่อประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาหรือปรับปรุงการให้บริการ หรือเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามบทบัญญัติ ของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ และที่จะมีผลบังคับใช้ในอนาคต ทั้งนี้ในการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว ผู้ให้บริการจะแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้บริการทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วันก่อนวันที่การแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกข้อตกลง และเงื่อนไขจะมีผลบังคับใช้ โดยวิธีการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ผู้ให้บริการกำหนด
7. ผู้ใช้บริการต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการสมัครและการใช้บริการของผู้ให้บริการ อย่างเคร่งครัดเพื่อความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการ ในกรณีที่ข้อมูลดังกล่าวถูกโจรกรรม สูญหาย หรือเสียหายอันเนื่องจากเหตุสุดวิสัย หรือไม่ใช่เกิดจากความประมาทเลินเล่อ ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิปฏิเสธความรับผิดชอบในความเสียหายดังกล่าว
8. ผู้ใดแอบอ้างหรือกระทำการใด ๆ อันเป็นการละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคคลโดยใช้ข้อมูลของผู้อื่น มาแอบอ้างในการสมัครขอรับชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่าน (Username & Password) ถือเป็นความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญาและต้องได้รับโทษตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้
9. ผู้ให้บริการอาจส่งข้อมูลหรือแจ้งข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เช่น e-mail ให้แก่ผู้ใช้บริการได้ตามที่ผู้ให้บริการเห็นสมควร
10. ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิระงับหรือยกเลิกการให้บริการกับผู้ใช้บริการทันที หากปรากฏว่าผู้ใช้บริการ ไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลง และเงื่อนไขนี้แม้เพียงข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง
11. ผู้ให้บริการจะใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อป้องกันหรือระงับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย หรือสุขภาพอนามัยของผู้ใช้บริการ ทั้งนี้ การใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลดังกล่าว เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ว่าด้วยข้อมูลข่าวสารของทางราชการ
12. ผู้ให้บริการจะเก็บรวบรวมรักษา และใช้ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้บริการ เพื่อประโยชน์ในการให้บริการ หรือเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย และกฎเกณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือเพื่อพัฒนา และปรับปรุงการบริการของ ผู้ให้บริการ ให้เป็นที่พอใจแก่ผู้ใช้บริการ
13. ผู้ให้บริการไม่อนุญาตให้มีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบัญชีของผู้ใช้บริการต่อบุคคลภายนอก ตลอดจนจะป้องกันมิให้มีการนำข้อมูลผู้ใช้บริการไปใช้โดยมิได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ใช้บริการก่อน เว้นแต่เป็นการเปิดเผยต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้มีอำนาจตามกฎหมายของผู้ให้บริการ หรือบุคคลที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ใช้บริการให้เข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้ให้บริการ หรือเป็นการเปิดเผยข้อมูลผู้ใช้บริการตามกฎหมาย เพื่อประโยชน์ในการสอบสวนหรือการพิจารณาคดี ทั้งนี้ การเปิดเผยข้อมูลดังกล่าว จะเป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยข้อมูลข่าวสารของทางราชการ หรือตามคำสั่งของหน่วยงานของรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง
1. There is no cost for applying for membership to receive username and password for using System of Service Delivery in Searching Land Parcel Location by Geographic Information System via Internet (LandsMaps) of Department of Lands.
2. User shall completely fill in or identify true information for the benefit of user. In case found that it is false information, service provider might suspend user account without prior notice, so as to user shall responsible for any damage which occurred from giving such false information.
3. User consents that service provider is able to verify correctness and reveal information that identified when applying for receiving username and password. In order that, in case service provider found user provided unclear or false information, service provider has right to deny the registration or cancel username and password of user without prior notification.
4. User shall not bring username and password to use against the law, peacefulness, or good moral of people.
5. In case there is reasonable suspicion that others might know user password, user shall reset password immediately via Department of Lands monitor system. In case other use such password to create damage or expense, user shall responsible such acting and damaging.
6. User agrees and accepts that service provider has right to edit, change or cancel this agreement and condition on applying for receiving username and password according to appropriate consideration of service provider for benefit of service development and improvement or in accordance with related legal provision that has been enforced and shall be enforced in the future. Regarding such editing and changing, service provider shall notify user in advance not less than 30 days prior to edit, change or cancel agreement and condition which shall come into force via electronic method which determined by service provider.
7. User must strictly perform by follow agreement and condition of application and using service of service provider for safety of personal information of user. In the case that such information has been robbed, lost or damaged due to force majeure or it is not occurred by negligence, service provider has right to deny responsibility for such damage.
8. Anyone who arrogates or acting anything that violates personal right by using information of other person to subscribe for receiving username and password shall be deemed having guilt under the Criminal Code and shall be punished under prescribed law.
9. Service provider might send information or notifying news via electronic channel,such as e-mail to user as service provider considers appropriate.
10. Service provider has right to immediately suspend or cancel the service to user if it appears that user does not follow even only one of agreement and condition.
11. Service provider would use or reveal only essential personal information in order to protect or suspend any harm to life, body or health of user, so as to utilizing or revealing of such information is in accordance with the law on official information.
12. Service provider shall collect, maintain and utilize user information for benefit of service providing or in accordance with related law and regulation or for developing and improving service delivery of service provider for user satisfaction.
13. Service provider is not allow to reveal user account information to third party and shall protect the utilized information of user without permission except revealed information to officer who is person in authority of service provider or person who receives permission from user to access user information or revealed user information under the law for the benefit of investigation or trial, so as to reveal of such information shall be conformed to law on official information or order of relevant government agency.

7. ผู้ใช้บริการต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการสมัครและการใช้บริการของผู้ให้บริการ อย่างเคร่งครัดเพื่อความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการ ในกรณีที่ข้อมูลดังกล่าวถูกโจรกรรม สูญหาย หรือเสียหายอันเนื่องจากเหตุสุดวิสัย หรือไม่ใช่เกิดจากความประมาทเลินเล่อ ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิปฏิเสธความรับผิดชอบในความเสียหายดังกล่าว
8. ผู้ใดแอบอ้างหรือกระทำการใด ๆ อันเป็นการละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคคลโดยใช้ข้อมูลของผู้อื่น มาแอบอ้างในการสมัครขอรับชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่าน (Username & Password) ถือเป็นความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญาและต้องได้รับโทษตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้
9. ผู้ให้บริการอาจส่งข้อมูลหรือแจ้งข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เช่น e-mail ให้แก่ผู้ใช้บริการได้ตามที่ผู้ให้บริการเห็นสมควร
10. ผู้ให้บริการมีสิทธิระงับหรือยกเลิกการให้บริการกับผู้ใช้บริการทันที หากปรากฏว่าผู้ใช้บริการ ไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลง และเงื่อนไขนี้แม้เพียงข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง
11. ผู้ให้บริการจะใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อป้องกันหรือระงับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย หรือสุขภาพอนามัยของผู้ใช้บริการ ทั้งนี้ การใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลดังกล่าว เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ว่าด้วยข้อมูลข่าวสารของทางราชการ
12. ผู้ให้บริการจะเก็บรวบรวมรักษา และใช้ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้บริการ เพื่อประโยชน์ในการให้บริการ หรือเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย และกฎเกณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือเพื่อพัฒนา และปรับปรุงการบริการของ ผู้ให้บริการ ให้เป็นที่พอใจแก่ผู้ใช้บริการ
13. ผู้ให้บริการไม่อนุญาตให้มีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบัญชีของผู้ใช้บริการต่อบุคคลภายนอก ตลอดจนจะป้องกันมิให้มีการนำข้อมูลผู้ใช้บริการไปใช้โดยมิได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ใช้บริการก่อน เว้นแต่เป็นการเปิดเผยต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้มีอำนาจตามกฎหมายของผู้ให้บริการ หรือบุคคลที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ใช้บริการให้เข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้ให้บริการ หรือเป็นการเปิดเผยข้อมูลผู้ใช้บริการตามกฎหมาย เพื่อประโยชน์ในการสอบสวนหรือการพิจารณาคดี ทั้งนี้ การเปิดเผยข้อมูลดังกล่าว จะเป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยข้อมูลข่าวสารของทางราชการ หรือตามคำสั่งของหน่วยงานของรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง
1. There is no cost for applying for membership to receive username and password for using System of Service Delivery in Searching Land Parcel Location by Geographic Information System via Internet (LandsMaps) of Department of Lands.
2. User shall completely fill in or identify true information for the benefit of user. In case found that it is false information, service provider might suspend user account without prior notice, so as to user shall responsible for any damage which occurred from giving such false information.
3. User consents that service provider is able to verify correctness and reveal information that identified when applying for receiving username and password. In order that, in case service provider found user provided unclear or false information, service provider has right to deny the registration or cancel username and password of user without prior notification.
4. User shall not bring username and password to use against the law, peacefulness, or good moral of people.
5. In case there is reasonable suspicion that others might know user password, user shall reset password immediately via Department of Lands monitor system. In case other use such password to create damage or expense, user shall responsible such acting and damaging.
6. User agrees and accepts that service provider has right to edit, change or cancel this agreement and condition on applying for receiving username and password according to appropriate consideration of service provider for benefit of service development and improvement or in accordance with related legal provision that has been enforced and shall be enforced in the future. Regarding such editing and changing, service provider shall notify user in advance not less than 30 days prior to edit, change or cancel agreement and condition which shall come into force via electronic method which determined by service provider.
7. User must strictly perform by follow agreement and condition of application and using service of service provider for safety of personal information of user. In the case that such information has been robbed, lost or damaged due to force majeure or it is not occurred by negligence, service provider has right to deny responsibility for such damage.
8. Anyone who arrogates or acting anything that violates personal right by using information of other person to subscribe for receiving username and password shall be deemed having guilt under the Criminal Code and shall be punished under prescribed law.
9. Service provider might send information or notifying news via electronic channel,such as e-mail to user as service provider considers appropriate.
10. Service provider has right to immediately suspend or cancel the service to user if it appears that user does not follow even only one of agreement and condition.
11. Service provider would use or reveal only essential personal information in order to protect or suspend any harm to life, body or health of user, so as to utilizing or revealing of such information is in accordance with the law on official information.
12. Service provider shall collect, maintain and utilize user information for benefit of service providing or in accordance with related law and regulation or for developing and improving service delivery of service provider for user satisfaction.
13. Service provider is not allow to reveal user account information to third party and shall protect the utilized information of user without permission except revealed information to officer who is person in authority of service provider or person who receives permission from user to access user information or revealed user information under the law for the benefit of investigation or trial, so as to reveal of such information shall be conformed to law on official information or order of relevant government agency.
